- You can use ROA$TED if you’re 18+ and agree not to use it to commit fraud.
- We provide information; we are not a financial advisor.
- You own your data; you can delete it.
- If you misuse the service we may terminate your account.
- We are not liable for losses caused by external services (your bank, Plaid, etc.) or by acts of God.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ROA$TED you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@roasted.money of any unauthorized use.
4. Financial data
Account links are provided by Plaid. ROA$TED never stores bank credentials. Plaid’s terms apply to the data it transmits.
5. Not financial advice
ROA$TED surfaces patterns and projections derived from your data. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make are your own.
6. AI-generated content
The AI coach (“Jackie”) generates text based on your data and prompts. Output may contain errors. Verify any factual claim before relying on it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service; abuse rate limits; use the service to commit fraud or money-laundering; or upload content you do not have rights to.
8. Intellectual property
The ROA$TED design, code, and brand are owned by ROA$TED or its licensors. The data you input remains yours.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROA$TED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses caused by third-party services, network outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be notified to active users at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of ROA$TED’s registered entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
