Privacy policy.
Effective May 1, 2026. The TL;DR: your data is yours, we don’t sell it, Plaid handles the bank-account part, and you can delete everything in two taps.

- We collect what we need to run ROA$TED. Nothing else.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
- Bank links go through Plaid. We never see your bank password.
- The AI coach reads your data to coach you. Prompts are not retained for external model training.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
1. Data we collect
Account info: name, email, password (hashed). Financial data: transactions, balances, recurring items — provided by Plaid. Coaching context: messages exchanged with Jackie, your goals, and budgets. Device & web: user agent, platform, IP-derived approximate location, referer URL.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service: rendering cards, projections, the Roast Board.
- To improve the service: aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- To contact you: only when you opt in or when required (security, billing, legal).
3. Third parties
Plaid (account aggregation), Supabase (database & auth), Anthropic / OpenAI (AI inference, with no-retention agreements), n8n (workflow automation for marketing/contact forms). We do not pass personal data to advertising networks.
4. AI processing
Jackie sends contextual data to model providers under enterprise no-retention terms. Prompts and completions are not used to train external models. Sensitive identifiers are stripped before transmission.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session and preferences. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.
6. Your rights
- Access: export everything we have on you in two taps from the app.
- Deletion: delete your account at any time. Backups expire within 30 days.
- Correction: edit any data field directly, or email us.
- Objection & portability: standard GDPR / CCPA rights, exercised by writing to info@roasted.money.
7. Children
ROA$TED is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than yours, under standard contractual clauses where required.
9. Changes
Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance to active users.
