You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using ROA$TED, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when signing up or submitting data
  • Keep your login credentials safe (if applicable)
  • Don’t misuse the service or attempt to break it — that’s not a hack, that’s a violation
  • Use the app for personal finance purposes only (no automation abuse, reselling, or spamming)

4. Financial Disclaimer

ROA$TED provides AI-powered tools to help you track and understand your spending. It is not financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, planners, or accountants. For real-life decisions, consult a professional human (yes, like an actual accountant or advisor).

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features in ROA$TED may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. When applicable, terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. Prices and offerings are subject to change.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, roast ideas, or messages to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for product improvement or marketing. We promise not to share anything that’s private or sensitive.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to manipulate or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@roasted.money.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, roast characters, and source code in the app are the intellectual property of ROA$TED and its creators. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROA$TED and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the app. If your wallet cries, we’re here to help — but we’re not responsible for your choices.
